Starting off in VCF you acquire the Prospect role and you have a trial to get done

From there you become an Associate, afterwards you get to be an Operativo, then you get the rank called Made Man.

Following Made Man, you get to become Lieutenant then Caporegime and you can get a leadership role within VCF during this time

You then move up to Family Overseer and Senior Caporegime and reach High Leadership

After Senior Caporegime you could potentially get command if you have proven yourself and become apart of the command team the next rank you would get is Operations Commander and then Field Commander

You would then get Chief Enforcer and Commandant before possibly becoming a VCF Head

​

Each rank has different duties; paperwork, having to do disciplinary actions towards others, recruitment booths, and a set amount hours before you do move up to the next rank.
